Acronyms and Abbreviations:

• Write out names on first use with acronym following in parenthesis, then you can use acronymn in remainder of that major section:

  The Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy (CISTP) is a …

• Do not use "GT" or "IAC". Always write these out as Georgia Tech and Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts or (for additional uses) just College of Liberal Arts or the college.

• Avoid abbreviations whenever possible (especially state abbreviations, other than in addresses).
