Never promise the impossible, but don't rule out the improbable. Know when to be gentle but firm about something that simply isn't going to work, and know when to take a week to review the possibilities even if you are certain a request is impossible.

Make the most of what you have: since I had abundant time at the start of the pandemic, I migrated a lot of pages over the following two months, even though I knew many would have to be updated before the end of the year. It was easier to update those already existing pages than it would have been to build them all out from scratch at the last moment.
