Site running on homegrown CMS written by an outside developer before I arrived

Had just been upgraded by the developer in 2014, so Communications Director had no interest in going to Drupal any time soon

Worked through two upgrades (Drupal 7 and Drupal 8) of school and research center sites in the meantime

• First person at Georgia Tech to move to Drupal 8, well ahead of the rest of campus
